Breathwork Ceremony to Slow Down

In this 1 hour breathwork ceremony, guided by group intention setting and evocative music, you’ll be supported to slooooow down. You’ll learn a breath technique designed to help you access states of rest in your nervous system and deepen your relationship to surrender.

What to expect:

  • 15 minutes to walk through the breath work pattern we’ll be using + set intentions
  • 30 minutes breathing
  • 15 minutes of open share/integration

What to bring:

  • comfortable, private place to lie down
  • blankets and pillows
  • comfortable loose clothing
  • eyeshades (or just a t-shirt to cover face)
  • lip balm
  • water
  • for asthmatics, keep puffer nearby (more for ease of mind than necessity)

Antonia is an artist, certified trauma-informed relationship coach, and breathwork facilitator based in Vancouver, BC. As a trauma survivor herself and a former acrobat at Cirque du Soleil, she ran away from the circus to help you run toward yourself. She specializes in supporting elite athletes and creative industry professionals to stop performing for love and build lives and relationships that feel like home.
