Sound Bath @ Toteme House Montréal February 2 @ 7:30 pm
Join Katrina Marie and Ashley Klassen for the inaugural sound bath at Toteme House in Hochelaga.
This event is free and is for friends and friends of friends. We will be capturing some images throughout to promote future sound baths in the space. Wear something cozy (and earth coloured if you can). Bring a sheepskin or a blanket for extra comfort.
Katrina and Ashely have been co-creating improvisational soundscapes for years. Ashely is a designer, space holder, and trained opera singer. Katrina is a trauma-informed facilitator. Trauma-informed care is based on: safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness, and empowerment. Basically, everything is optional, and we co-create as a group.
Expect a sensory cocoon, aromatherapy, mini Thai massage moments, deep relaxation, and tea.
Come alone or bring a friend. Open to all genders, ages 18+
