ABOUT ME
Hi! I’m Katrina. I’m an international sex coach, group facilitator, and pleasure activist (life needs to be pleasurable to be sustainable).
I’ve worked with thousands of women to create intentional, connected sex lives with themselves.
Recent work has focused on healing through nervous system regulation and resilience (Feel the Feels), sexual self-expression (Bodysex), assertive communication (Boundary Bitch™) and deep connection with nature (Ecosexual).
Current work is focused on sexual storytelling and orgasmic living.
Sexual liberation is a calling for me. I’ve tried abandoning it a couple of times. I’ve considered becoming a firefighter or an interior designer. I’ve run a yoga school, and worked as a bodyworker, but at the end of the day, I cannot seem to get away from sexuality. It pulls me back in. The more I connect the dots within myself, the more I’m inspired to help others do the same.
Intimacy, connection, self expression? Relational expression?? Feeling alive??! This is compelling stuff, no?
The mystery that weaves through it all? The sacred in the profane? The repulsions juxtaposed with burning desires? I’m transfixed.
The wisdom contained in the bodies we can’t seem to stop hating? I must figure it out!
And the secrets in the mind we all seem to share but nobody talks about? How can I peel myself away?
I believe sexuality is the final frontier of personal development. Inquiry into this formerly forbidden land is rich with discovery. An opportunity not to be wasted.
I’m here as a sexual sherpa of sorts—to guide, help carry some of the load, inspire you to go a little further, and hopefully share some laughs along the way.
